Dan Kennedy talks about this a lot. Up until now it is very difficult to do. However, if you're able to do it, it works wonders.

I like this software a lot - after some initial struggles with swapping over the emails and integrating it with our use of Outlook, we've found it very easy to use. In fact, thanks to a new method of working with tasks etc. I have an EMPTY inbox for the first time in 6 years!
